"Taxis are operating on all roads in the city, and smart dashcams are installed on them. The monitoring scope can cover every corner of the city and achieve full coverage recording. Dai Sunfang disclosed that the bank's vehicle recorders also have an alarm function. For instance, if a manhole cover on a certain section of the road is found to be damaged, it will be displayed on the monitor at the monitoring center, allowing the staff to immediately obtain the information and take corresponding measures.

　　At present, the Urban Construction Design Institute of China Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. has completed the modification and debugging of some dash cams. In the next stage, they will be installed and promoted on buses, taxis, logistics transport vehicles, public vehicles, etc., providing decision support for departments such as urban traffic information services and traffic infrastructure maintenance. Moreover, there is no need to worry that the information transmitted to the platform has undergone "desensitization" processing to protect users' privacy.
